General Policy
OfficialRomaOShop products are made through a print-on-demand partner, which means every item is produced only after an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Incorrect size ordered

Incorrect colour ordered

Change of mind after purchase
Please double-check all order details before completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will provide a free reprint or refund.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

A clear photo showing the issue must be submitted through our email using this form: https://form.jotform.com/officialromaoshop/refund-or-reprint-request-form

If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, please include one photo or video showing all affected products together.

You do not need to return the damaged item but YOU MUST show evidence.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, you may choose:

A reprint (additional shipping charges apply), or

A partial refund
Print Tolerances
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items have a standard tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement. Minor variations within this range are normal and not considered defects.
Important Notes
We cannot offer refunds or reprints for:

Incorrect size or colour selection

Change of mind

Print placement variations within the accepted tolerance
